SEN Teaching Assistant — Nurture Growth, Specialist School

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of needs at a Specialist SEN School in Doncaster. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assisting with learning, communication and social development throughout the school day.

The role requires a calm, compassionate approach with a focus on independence and positive behaviour strategies; teamwork with teachers and therapists is essential. Experience in education is welcomed but not essential.
