Housing Management & Tenancy Support Specialist

Home Group in Millom, Cumbria is looking for a Housing Management Worker (261196) to support tenants, keep homes safe and well maintained, and manage tenancy and rent accounts to help customers move to secure accommodation.

You’ll engage customers, assist with housing benefit claims, prepare voids quickly, carry out safety checks, handle admin, and work with colleagues and external partners. DBS check required; DBS paid by us.
