Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learners with SEND, SEMH, autism and related needs across our campuses. You will work under the direction of teaching staff, helping pupils access the curriculum, support their behaviour and wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
