Assistant Planning Officer: Site Appraisals & Negotiations

Malvern Hills District Council is looking for an Assistant Planning Officer to join our Development Management service. You will manage a caseload, process planning and related applications, mainly for householder developments, and conduct site appraisals, research, negotiations and report writing.

The role includes occasional planning committee presentations, appeal work, and regular contact with applicants, agents and the public.
