Administration Assistant – Term Time Only
Level 4, 30 hours per week, Salary £17,861 – £18,725 per annum.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Academy reception/office.
- Maintain office records, files and schedules.
- Answer and redirect phone and email enquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Administer first aid as required (training provided).
- Prepare correspondence, forms and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out with a calm, flexible and highly organised approach.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong customer‑service skills.
- Knowledge of Arbor (desirable).
- Clear spoken English and ability to communicate confidently with staff, students and the public.
- Capacity to be trained and administer first aid.
