Permanent roles; 13.30–14.75ph. Shift patterns vary (including weekend work) and depend on the home’s specialism. No sponsorship is provided. A UK driving licence is desirable.

24/7 support from a dedicated consultant throughout the recruitment process. Flexible booking options: block bookings for stability, or self‑scheduled shifts for those who need flexibility.
What You’ll Do
Monitor your assigned young people, follow care plans and ensure safety and wellbeing. You will be expected to hit the ground running and deliver high‑quality support in challenging and caring environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience supporting young people in the UK
- Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children and Young People
- Current DBS on the online update service (advantage)
- Up‑to‑date mandatory training (advantage)
Benefits
