Reablement Care Worker: Empower Homes & Independence (37hr)

The Community Resource Team (CRT) Homecare in Cardiff is seeking committed care staff to support citizens in living independently at home. You will work with health colleagues to help clients achieve reablement goals, following a service delivery plan and a rota that may include evenings and weekends.

A mobile device will allocate daily tasks, and training to the appropriate HSc/NVQ/QCF level is provided. This permanent post offers 37 hours per week and requires observation, a flexible approach,
