Our client is a B-Corp scaling luxury wellbeing brand who are seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver its international brand and marketing strategy.
With a strong heritage in the wellness space and a presence in international markets, the business partners with retail, e-commerce and distributor channels worldwide. The team is values-led, collaborative, and focused on delivering high-quality, consumer-centric experiences.
The Role
Reporting into the Global Marketing Lead, you will play a key role in developing and executing global brand, marketing and trade strategies. You’ll translate brand vision into impactful campaigns and activations across multiple channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support brand strategy development and lead execution globally
- Own and evolve brand identity, tone of voice and campaign messaging
- Deliver integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels
- Lead creation of global assets (photo/video) and campaign toolkits
- Own brand copywriting across campaigns, toolkits and key touchpoints, ensuring clarity and consistency focusing on education.
- Formulate the marketing calendar aligned with brand priorities, NPD launches and key trading moments.
- Lead, execute and measure 360° campaign activations across all channels.
- Manage PR, events, and agency relationships
- Drive trade marketing across retail and distributor partners
- Oversee visual merchandising guidelines and global rollout
- Manage budgets and optimise marketing ROI
- Lead and develop a small team, fostering collaboration across functions
About You
- Proven experience in brand/marketing roles (ideally within luxury SME environments)
- Background in beauty, wellness or related sectors preferred
- Strong experience across global brand and trade marketing
- Confident in campaign development, storytelling and copywriting
- Commercially minded with solid budget management skills
- Experience working with retail and distribution partners across multiple markets
