Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Operative in Guildford to support summer maintenance on student accommodation units. The role is a 4-month contract, with pay £18-£20 per hour, working 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Duties include fixing doors, windows and locks, plastering and wall repairs, tiles, flooring, and assembling or repairing furniture. The work helps ready the university residences for new students in September.
