SPECIALIST LEASE EXTENSION & ENFRANCHISEMENT LAWYER

3+ years experience, circa £60,000, Hampshire office / remote working available.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including lease extensions, enfranchisement claims, and Right to Manage matters.
• Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues across the wider department.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in lease extensions, enfranchisement, and Right to Manage work.
• Strong expertise in leasehold matters, experience supervising and training junior staff, and a commitment to ongoing development.
