HR Consultant – Belfast (Hybrid)
We are recruiting for our client, a well-established and expanding professional services business in Belfast City Centre, who are seeking a HR Consultant to join their team.
This is a permanent role offering a mix of hybrid working and client site delivery.
The successful candidate will provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice and solutions, supporting organisational growth, performance, and people strategy across a diverse client base.
Candidates must hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to their own vehicle for travel to client sites as required.

The Role
- Provide commercial, practical HR advice on employee relations, employment law, and HR best practice
- Support clients to develop, review, and scale HR frameworks, policies, and people practices
- Lead complex HR projects (for experienced consultants) or support delivery while developing consultancy skills (for developing consultants)
- Coach and advise management teams on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
- Support clients in building inclusive, engaging, and values-led workplace cultures
- Act as a trusted HR advisor and first point of contact for queries
- Implement practical HR tools and solutions that improve efficiency and add value
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client engagement activities
The Person
- Experienced Consultant: 2-4+ years’ HR experience
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards, or equivalent HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation, employee relations, and HR best practice
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Client-focused, proactive, and able to work independently
- Full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle
