About Patrician Youth Centre
Patrician Youth Centre is a long-standing voluntary Parish Youth Centre provision in the centre of Downpatrick, serving the diverse needs of young people aged 425 from the local area.
The Centre requires a Senior Youth Worker / Centre Director.
The Role
The Centre requires a Senior Youth Worker / Centre Directorwith a strong background in Education and/or Youth Work practice and a proven track record of management and experience of working with young people.
The successful candidate must have significant skills and experience in management and fundraising, including grant applications and administration.
Essential and desirable criteria are detailed in the application pack.
Working Pattern
- 36 hours across ten sessions.
- To include morning, afternoon, and not less than three evening sessions per week.
- At least one session at the weekend.
- Occasional residential work will be expected, both nationally and internationally.
