Fleet Systems Coordinator – Leicester
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Systems Coordinator to join our Fleet team. In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with Fleet Operations, software providers and internal teams to help improve systems, streamline processes and ensure fleet data is accurate and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Work with Fleet Operations, IT teams and software providers to support fleet systems and processes.
- Develop knowledge of the Jaama Key2 fleet management system and help maximise its capabilities.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual administration.
- Investigate and resolve system, reporting and data issues.
- Support integrations with business systems, including Orbit, Oracle, HR and Payroll.
- Produce reports and insights to support decision‑making.
- Support system upgrades, projects and user training.
- Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Experience using fleet management software such as Jaama Key2, or a similar system.
- Good IT and systems skills, with an interest in technology, data and process improvement.
- Experience working with operational teams to improve ways of working.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with software suppliers, IT teams or business systems would be beneficial.
