IRATA L3 Blade Repair Technician

Overview

OEG is recruiting an experienced IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Blade Repair Technician to support a UK onshore blade repair and maintenance project. This role requires a current IRATA Level 3 certification and a minimum blade B repair certificate.

Start date: 13th July 2026

End date: 6th August 2026

Location: Onshore, Scotland, UK

Key Responsibilities

• Support blade repair teams by ensuring safe rope access to the repair on the turbine.
• Follow strict safety standards and procedures throughout all tasks.

• Must have right to work in UK

Certification Requirements

• OEUK/OGUK Medical
• Chester Step (good or above)
• GWO Working at Height
• GWO Fire Awareness
• GWO Manual Handling
• GWO Enhanced First Aid
• GWO Advanced Rescue – all four modules -(Hub, Nacelle, Hub Single and Nacelle Single)
• WTSR Core
• GWO Blade Repair (or Alternative)
• Level 3 IRATA
