Teach Agency is delighted to support a friendly and forward‑thinking Primary School in St Neots, which is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in Lower Key Stage 2, supporting pupils as they transition from KS1 into KS2.
The Role
- Full class teaching responsibility for a Year 3 class
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Support pupils with the transition into Key Stage 2 learning
- Track progress and support pupils of varying abilities
- Work closely with a supportive KS2 team and leadership

We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in KS2 (Year 3 ideal but not essential)
- Strong classroom management
- Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
