About you

• Proven experience as a team leading Senior Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of project governance and audit processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to review high-level requirements and support technical delivery
• Familiarity with infrastructure upgrades, ERP systems, and Workday
• Knowledge of working within a PMO environment and supporting governance frameworks
• Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis or related fields preferred

What you’ll do

• Provide expert business analysis and guidance across multiple ongoing projects, including software, infrastructure upgrades and ERP replacements
• Support governance improvement initiatives, including preparing for upcoming audits
• Review project pipelines and advise on approach and best practices
• Mentor and coach project team members and external agencies on quality and standards
• Collaborate with the technical delivery lead to define high-level requirements and address project challenges
• Assist in developing new templates and frameworks to support project success and audit readiness
