Senior Support Worker – Autism Care & Team Lead

Espa is seeking a Senior Support Worker for East Dene Court in Seaham, providing support to individuals on the autism spectrum. The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a Support Worker role and demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills.
