28 hours per week; shift patterns: 6.00 am–2.00 pm or 6.00 pm–2.00 am; 3 shifts one week, then 4 shifts the following week.

About the Role
Health Care Assistants support people to live their best lives. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
- supporting people with their personal care
- assisting people at meal times
- understanding individual health and wellbeing needs
- encouraging and supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home
- promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect
- completing and maintaining care records
About You
