Tate is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 200 properties, ensuring efficient operation and proactive maintenance. You will liaise with landlords and tenants, arrange contractor quotes, and manage compliance requirements.

With 2–3 years’ experience, you will handle end-of-tenancy processes, visits, inspections and safety certificates while delivering excellent customer service in a collaborative team.
