Job Opening – Supervisor (Bottega 35)

Location: 35 Kensington High Street, London W8 5EB. Pay Rate: £15 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service while overseeing the smooth flow of restaurant operations.
• Serve guests, manage service orders, and ensure an outstanding dining experience.
• Coordinate service, maintain high service standards, and ensure all service protocols are consistently followed.
• Lead and support waiters and food runners, provide guidance on service procedures, allocate daily tasks, and oversee operational duties such as cleaning, cutlery polishing, table preparation, and other service maintenance responsibilities.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in a restaurant (training provided).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
