SEN Classroom Support – On-site Training

Randstad Education is seeking a Specialist Classroom Support Assistant to work with learners who have severe and complex learning needs. The role covers 1:1, small group and whole class support in a specialist school, starting September on a full-time, term-time basis.

The post offers extensive in-house training and a clear development path toward HLTA or qualified status. The school values nurturing and patient staff who can make learning accessible to all students.
