Are you an Electronics Engineer with strong analogue and digital design experience and a background in high-volume product manufacture?
Our client is a market-leading IoT technology company developing innovative electronic products for global markets. They are seeking a hands‑on engineer to support the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of products from concept through to volume production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analogue and digital electronic circuits.
- Support PCB design, prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
- Develop test equipment, fixtures, and verification procedures.
- Perform fault finding, root cause analysis, and product improvements.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp‑up activities.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams and external suppliers to ensure products are optimised for volume manufacture.
- Drive Design for Manufacture (DFM), Design for Test (DFT), quality, reliability, and cost improvement initiatives.
About You
- Degree qualified in Electronics Engineering or similar.
- Proven experience designing analogue and digital electronic systems.
- Experience delivering products into medium or high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Strong hardware debugging and fault‑finding skills.
- Knowledge of PCB design, EMC considerations, and manufacturing processes including SMT assembly.
- Comfortable working across the full product lifecycle from concept through to production.
Experience with NPI, IoT devices, embedded electronics, or technical leadership would be advantageous.
