Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Wednesday – Saturday, 09:00-18:30.
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Hatfield, AL10 9SL.
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour). After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour). Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year (based on a 38 hour week & overtime). Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours. Paid weekday and weekend overtime. Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year). Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
- Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
- Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
- Providing a friendly, dependable service – whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail
What We’re Looking For
- A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
- Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
- Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
- Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
- Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
