YMCA-DG offers a full Early Years Outdoor Apprenticeship focusing on outdoor play and bushcraft. You will design and adapt outdoor spaces to meet children’s needs, lead safe, meaningful experiences, and align activities with curriculum and development goals.

You will work with a supportive team, adapt approaches to each child, show compassion, and commit to safety and well‑being while pursuing professional development opportunities.
