Key responsibilities for this PA and HR Assistant position:
- Diary and inbox management for the Global Head of HR
- Attending and minuting meetings with follow up actions
- Document preparation, drafting correspondence, producing reports and creating PowerPoint presentations
- Managing invoices and expenses
- Managing global HR offsites
- End-to-end project management of HR-related projects
- Developing detailed project plans, timelines and stakeholder communication strategies
- Tracking progress against key HR initiatives, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively
- Driving continuous improvement across HR processes in collaboration with the global HR team
- Analysing HR metrics and employee feedback to inform strategic decisions
What background and experience are the company looking for?
The ideal PA and HR Assistant will have similar experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment, ideally within financial services or professional services.
