Pastry Chef de Partie — Creative Desserts, Live-In & Perks

Crieff Hydro Limited is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead pastry production across our restaurants and events. You will mentor Commis Chefs and ensure high-quality desserts, pastries, breads and afternoon tea items with a focus on quality and portion control.

You’ll work with Head and Sous Chefs to keep the pastry kitchen creative, sharing ideas and techniques while maintaining consistency and guest satisfaction across our venues in Scotland.
