Electrical Assembler

Position Summary

Electronic Assembler required to follow routings, record test measurements and report any non‑conformances on downhole electronics such as power supplies, motor drivers, control units, data loggers, modems and magnetic devices.

Key Skills

• Commercial experience of soldering, crimping and general wiring.
• Detecting workmanship issues on precision harsh environment electronics equipment and processes.
• Calculation for diagnostic operations: compute ratios, rates, percentages, fractions and weights and measures.

Qualifications

• IPC certification (IPC 620 and J-Std preferred).
• Lean and 5S improvement appreciation.
• Independent performance of self‑assessments to develop improvement insight.
