Residential Care Assistant Manager: Lead Teams

Wilderness Way is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our residential childcare team. You will work with the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care for children who have faced trauma, guiding the team to meet individual needs and behavioural goals.

You will lead across four homes, ensuring safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and compassionate care, while developing staff through mentoring and coaching opportunities.
