Job Title: Management Consultant – ServiceNow Transformation
We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to support large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes for enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations design, implement, and optimise ServiceNow solutions to drive operational efficiency, digital workflow automation, and improved service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow transformation engagements, from discovery through to implementation and optimisation.
- Work with senior stakeholders to define target operating models and digital transformation roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CS.
- Support process redesign and service optimisation aligned to industry best practice.
- Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and developers to ensure successful platform delivery.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change impacts across complex environment.
- Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow capabilities and emerging platform features.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong consulting background with experience in digital or IT transformation programmes.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
- Experience defining and delivering target operating models and process redesign.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at C-level.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, global environments.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) desirable.
