Business Support Officer – Staffordshire Families Integrated Front Door
We have an opportunity for a Business Support Officer working within the Staffordshire Families Integrated Front Door service based at Lindum House in Stone.
This is a part‑time role, 18.5 hours per week: Wednesday 13:15 – 17:00, Thursday 8:30 – 17:00 and Friday 8:30 – 16:30.
You will be predominantly office based, with some hybrid working on a rota basis depending on the demands of the service.
Main Responsibilities
You will
- undertake the admin processes as part of the Information Sharing Log, i.e. carrying out the lateral checks for individual agencies on behalf of the County Council in the Staffordshire Families Integrated Front Door service.
- support all business support requirements for the Emergency Duty Service and the wider children’s service.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have
- GCSE English and an NVQ 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- A flexible approach and the ability to undertake a number of work areas, meeting deadlines.
- An ability to interpret, format and accurately present information.
- Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work on own initiative.
The post is based within the Staffordshire Families Integrated Front Door service Hub based in Stone and will be subject to the full police vetting process.
