Youth & Family Mental Health Outreach Worker

CYPMH Dorset is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate and resilient Young Person and Family Outreach Worker to support children and young people with mental health difficulties across Dorset. The role is community focused and involves working close to families, carers, education, social care and partner agencies.

You will deliver outreach in homes, schools and community settings, support treatment engagement and contribute to care planning, safeguarding and record keeping.
