Service Coordinator / Administrator, Bangor
We are working with a successful engineering services provider based in Bangor to recruit their new Service Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.
Act as a key point of contact between customers, service and installation engineers, and internal colleagues on customer projects, this will include;
- Liaise with all parties to plan and coordinate service schedules
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding site works and schedules
- Work with suppliers to place orders for materials and products required for customer projects
- Review documentation including tenders, reports, and schedules
- Generate and update quotations and invoices
- Support the H&S Manager with HSQE documentation
What we are looking for&
- Experienced within a similar role, ideally gained within a technical, construction or engineering sector
- Confident communication skills
- Strong IT skills
