Role Overview
Full or Part Time, Day Shift Available. As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness is central to everything you do. You will be part of Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes, working closely with residents and their families to deliver personalised care plans that provide security, dignity and independence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of all care activities.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and team members.
- Ensure the care environment is safe and supportive for all residents.
Qualifications
- Completed Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
- Ready to progress toward Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care.
- Experience with person‑centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
- Strong record‑keeping and time‑management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate kindly and considerately.

Compensation
£13.85 to £14.45 per hour, hourly rate subject to experience and qualifications.
