About the Role

Senior Care Assistant – Nights at Crecy Care Home, Weymouth.

Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred personal care, including bathing, dressing and oral care, respecting residents’ preferences and promoting choice and independence.
• Carry out and contribute to care reviews so resident plans reflect current needs.
• Administer medication safely and in full compliance with guidelines.
• Lead and participate in social activities and trips out within the home.
• Support and shadow new starters or existing staff, and may lead the home in the absence of senior managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Able to work 48 hours per week, including nights.
