Warehouse Operative

This is a physically demanding role involving continuous walking, lifting, order picking, loading, and stock handling throughout the shift. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meeting productivity and accuracy targets.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or order-picking experience
• Good level of physical fitness and ability to lift and move stock safely throughout the shift
• Experience using handheld scanners, picking sheets, or warehouse management systems
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
• Valid FLT licence/certification

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders
• Use warehouse systems and handheld scanners to process orders
• Load and unload deliveries safely
• Replenish stock locations and carry out stock checks
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
