Launched in 2019, PIVOTAL offers a unique car subscription service that challenges the traditional model of vehicle ownership. Members can subscribe to the latest Jaguar and Land Rover models for as little as three months, with all costs – depreciation, servicing, insurance, and tax – taken care of in one monthly payment.
THE OUT
THE OUT delivers world‑class Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles directly to customers’ doors, providing a hassle‑free, first‑class service with unlimited mileage, additional drivers, insurance, and more. Our focus is to eliminate queues, hidden fees, and pre‑trip inconveniences.
About The Role
Providing a luxury service across the UK, you will be part of the fleet and operational teams that keep THE OUT running. As the fleet grows, so does our operational workforce. This role requires working with premium cars and managing an array of Driver Representatives.
Responsibilities
- Help streamline the delivery and collection process
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain record logs to ensure smooth running of vehicles
- Conduct full damage checks
- Identify and report any fleet maintenance issues
- Liaise with car repair services
- Perform general administration duties
- Deliver and collect company cars across London and surrounding areas
Requirements
- Loves engaging with customers and delivers outstanding levels of service
- Owns customer needs and complaints, taking full ownership
- Passionate and knowledgeable about Jaguar and Land Rover cars
- Has good communication and time‑management skills
- Flexible to work on weekends
- Has a full clean GB or EU driving licence held for a minimum of 24 months
- Previous car rental experience is strongly desirable
