Mechanical Site Supervisor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join a growing Mechanical & Electrical contractor delivering projects across the Louth and Greater Dublin areas.
This role is ideal for a time-served plumber with previous site supervisory experience who enjoys leading teams, coordinating mechanical installations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of mechanical installation works across multiple projects, supporting the Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager while leading site operatives and subcontractors.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and in line with company quality and health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical installation works across commercial and construction projects.
- Review drawings and floor plans using Procore to understand mechanical layouts.
- Identify and raise design or site issues during pre-start meetings.
- Lead site operatives and apprentices, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate subcontractors, contractors and stakeholders to maintain programme delivery.
- Carry out regular site inspections and maintain high quality workmanship standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies and quality procedures.
- Manage RFIs, site issues, delays, damage and out-of-scope works through Procore.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities with project and QA teams.
- Assist with material ordering and liaise with the procurement and logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered to programme while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Time-Served Plumber.
- Previous experience in a Mechanical Site Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple site activities.
- Experience reading mechanical drawings and construction documentation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Full Clean Driving Licence.
- Valid site safety certifications.
- Flexible to travel across project locations throughout Louth and the Greater Dublin Area.
