Hybrid Strategic Colleague Relations Partner

Lowell in Leeds is seeking a Colleague Relations Business Partner to work hybrid from Thorpe Park. You will advise Managers and Team Leaders on complex ER matters, balancing people, policy and business needs, while building capability and driving fair outcomes across the organisation.

In this role, you’ll partner with operational leaders, handle sensitive cases, and contribute to improvements in how colleague relations is delivered, supporting a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
