Fantastic opportunity for a Cyber Security Engineer / Information Security Engineer who has proven experience of working with Enterprise Software Applications on the WEB and/or Cloud.
This role might suit a Software Developer / Architect who has moved into Cyber security or an Information Security Specialist who has advised on Cyber security around software development not just infrastructure and networking.
Responsibilities
- Identifying our client’s product cybersecurity needs.
- Establishing threat modelling analysis & procedures around threat modelling for future development of these products.
- Risk focus, and knowledgeable of frameworks like ISO27002.
- Providing input into assessing platform architecture, technology stacks and 3rd party/open source product choices from a cybersecurity point of view.
- Define secure coding practices.
- Penetration testing activities.
Qualifications
- Formal qualifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, GIAC, GCIH, EnCE or similar.
- Experience with tools such as NGFW, WAF, SEIM, web application testing and vulnerability scanners.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting and holding meetings.
- Ability to lead on all cybersecurity matters and mentor other team members.
