Full Stack Developer (Python, Django, Go, AWS)

Salary: £90,000 – 90,000 per year

Requirements

• Full Stack development experience with Python and Go
• Proficiency in Django, Flutter (or React), and databases (PostgreSQL)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Experience with Greenfield projects in fast-paced environments, preferably in start-up or scale-up settings
• Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn new technologies, including AI tools such as Claude
• Degree educated in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline, achieving a 2.1 or above from a top-tier university

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features and enhancements as the company scales from 250,000 users to millions
• Take ownership of Greenfield projects across the full software development lifecycle
• Work with a range of technologies from Python and Go on the backend to Django and Flutter on the frontend
• Transition the system architecture from monolith to microservices within an AWS cloud environment
• Collaborate with team members in the North London office 3-4 days a week
