Autism Employment Coach: Shape Inclusive Workpaths (Travel)

Red 5 People is seeking a dedicated role focused on removing barriers for autistic individuals, delivering 1:1 employment support to help them enter and thrive in work.

You will train employers to become neurodivergent friendly, conduct workplace assessments and support retention of staff, while traveling across North Yorkshire with driving essential. This is a home-based, full-time position with an FTC until March 2027 and opportunities to progress within the team.
