Key Responsibilities

• Aid pupils in securing places at some of the best universities in the UK.
• Provide pastoral support throughout the application process.
• Participate in school trips to traditional university cities and support learners on these trips.

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate of an Oxbridge or Top 10 University with a 1st or 2:1 degree.
• Background in STEM, Science, Maths or Engineering is preferred.
• Experience or personal background of having faced significant barriers in education.

Benefits & Conditions

• Salary: £515 to £545 per week.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 2.45pm.
• Permanent contract from September 2027.
• Interview in September 2021.

Additional Information

In 2025, 73 pupils gained places at Oxford or Cambridge. The school serves an under‑privileged catchment area in Newham and is hugely oversubscribed.
