Research Support Officer
Starting Salary £42,159 to £47,071 per annum pro rata

An opportunity is available for a Research Support Officer to join the group of Dr Marco Tripodi at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) to work on behavioural, anatomical and electrophysiological studies in rodents. The post-holder will characterise the role of distinct neuronal populations in goal directed behaviours.
The candidate will have a PhD in a relevant biological subject and experience with design and analysis of rodent’s behavioural tests, in vivo studies in rodents and with stereotaxic injections. Experience with viral design and RNA in situ imaging is desirable.
The LMB has a collaborative working culture and state-of-the-art building on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
