Job Overview

Join MECCA’s Liverpool store in NSW as a part‑time Zone Manager (22.5 hours per week). As a Guardian of the Customer Experience, you will lead the team to deliver exceptional experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and inspire your team through coaching and role modelling.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for team members and customers, confidently resolving challenges with care and professionalism.
  • Partner with the Store Manager and Floor Managers to drive business performance, achieve KPIs and execute key business priorities.
  • Coach, develop and motivate team members through regular feedback, recognition and in‑the‑moment support.
  • Support operational excellence, ensuring the store is set up for success every day.

Success Qualities

  • Previous experience leading and developing retail teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating MECCA magic.
  • Strong leadership skills with the confidence to coach, influence and provide meaningful feedback.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong partnerships across the leadership team.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to confidently make decisions and support others.
