Primary PPA Teacher

Are you an enthusiastic, adaptable primary teacher seeking a meaningful part-time position? From September 2026 to July 2027, we are seeking a committed PPA Teacher to work in a welcoming and supportive primary school.
This role is brilliant for a qualified teacher looking for a long‑term role with a great work‑life balance. Every Wednesday and Thursday, the chosen applicant will present engaging lessons to students in Year 2 up to Year 6 in order to cover PPA time for teachers.
One of the main advantages of this position is that it does not require any lesson planning. You will be delivering pre‑planned lessons, allowing you to concentrate on providing quality teaching and maintaining a supportive and engaging learning environment.
The Role
- Long‑term position from September 2026 to July 2027
- Part‑time role working only on Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Teaching across Year 2 to Year 6
- Delivering pre‑planned lessons: No planning required
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Confident and has a great understanding of Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Holds an Enhanced DBS (must be on the update service)
- Willingly complete relevant training continually when needed
