Job Overview

We are hiring Front of House Team Members to join Leo Lounge, a local cafe bar under the Loungers brand. The role is part of the Bar & Waiting team and involves welcoming customers, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, ensuring each dish is presented correctly.
• Preparing and serving drinks to specification, including coffees, cocktails, and other beverages.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Self‑motivated and able to work at pace.
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Natural ability to read customers and adapt style.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly pay of up to £12.71 plus tips.
• Tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Flexible contract – part‑time, full‑time, or flexible work opportunities including evening and weekend shifts.
