The Club Company is seeking a Chef De Partie to join a prestigious golf and country club kitchen. You will work alongside the Head and/or Sous Chef to uphold exceptional food production and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
You will oversee food safety, prepare and serve to specification, supervise kitchen staff, manage stock levels, and contribute to waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. Evening availability may be required for functions and events.
