About the Role

The Enterprise Solutions product team is redefining data and workflow platforms for global enterprises. As Senior Director, Product, you will lead a product organization of product managers, analysts, engineers, designers, and client‑facing teams. You will identify and define strategic problems, own overarching solutions, and solve complex business problems using both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. The role focuses on modern technologies such as cloud‑based data platforms, machine learning, AI‑powered systems, and automated workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio roadmap and define a product strategy and vision 1–3 years out.
- Prioritize work by collaborating with senior business leaders and other internal stakeholders, balancing strategic portfolio prioritization with data‑driven decision making.
- Review or define user stories and requirements to ensure product architecture meets enterprise user and client expectations.
- Lead and coach product teams across multiple product streams, driving continuous improvement and high delivery standards.
- Support cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Testing, UX, Marketing, Implementation, Sales) to advise, guide, and maximize business impact.

Qualifications
- 10‑15 years total experience; at least 7 years in product ownership or technical product management roles alongside technical teams.
- Experience working with or analyzing large data sets and enterprise‑scale data technologies.
- Strong evidence of management and executive leadership skills.
- Proven success in a challenging, fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
- 4‑year bachelor’s degree required; master’s or MBA preferred.
Work Authorization Requirements (by Location)
- UK: Indefinite right to work in the United Kingdom.
- US: Indefinite right to work in the United States.
- India: Indefinite right to work in India.
