The Role: International Trade Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the international commercial strategy, identifying new markets, customers, and regions to drive revenue and distribution growth
- Build and manage strong relationships with global partners, acting as the main commercial contact
- Identify and unlock new distribution opportunities across countries, channels, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, NPD, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth market execution
- Own forecasting and demand planning for international accounts, ensuring accurate stock and volume planning
- Ensure compliance with all international regulatory, labelling, and import/export requirements
- Maintain consistent brand positioning and customer experience across all markets
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in international sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of owning budgets and delivering revenue and profit targets
- Strong understanding of export processes, trade compliance, and international regulations
- Experience with Joint Business Planning (JBP) across retail or distribution partners
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- A proactive, self-starting mindset suited to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
