With a significant UK footprint and continued investment in their operations, they are now looking to appoint an Engineering Manager to lead one of their flagship production sites. You’ll take ownership of a large, multi-skilled engineering team, driving performance across maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement, while playing a key role in shaping site culture and long-term engineering strategy. This is an opportunity for an experienced engineering manager who thrives in a hands‑on manufacturing environment but also wants the scope to influence, lead, and improve at a strategic level. This is a senior leadership role with real autonomy.

Engineering Manager Duties
- Manage the maintenance and reliability teams.

- Involvement in major breakdowns.
Engineering Manager Requirements
- HND or HNC in Engineering Discipline.
- Apprentice trained (NVQ Level 3, BTEC Level 3).
- IOSH Qualification.
- Experience managing large multi-skilled engineering teams.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
- Project management skills.
- Strong CMMS experience.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Proven technical abilities.
